All the staff is amazing and extremely helpful and courteous. Paul Marsch is great at keeping you informed through the entire Therapy/treatment process. February 8, 2022Dr. Marsh left me feeling as if someone finally understood what my body was experiencing. Somehow in 30-45 minutes, I was assessed, had my history reviewed, created a plan for care and scheduled most of my approved appointments. Time isn’t wasted. Your voice is heard. Questions are encouraged. The office is located in the most perfect area of SD. Maybe 2 minutes off the freeway. What I appreciated most, was the honest conversation about my pain and his extensive knowledge regarding muscles, nerves, tendons…the human anatomy. Highly recommend.

She had a really nice conversation until Dr. Marsh was ready for me. I don’t know the name of the other young lady that was sitting next to Lisa, but she was just as friendly.Then I got to meet Dr. Marsh. He’s so down to earth. He gave me a brief tour of his office before he focus his attention on me. Dr. Marsh is a very honest, and caring doctor. What you see is what you get. My son (freshman in High School) had a sports-related injury, couldn’t recover on his own after a few weeks. We got in touch with Dr. Marsh and was able to get an appointment within 2~3 days. When we visited Dr. Marsh for the first time, the staff was very friendly and attentive, Dr. Marsh himself was very knowledge and skilled, diagnosed my son’s problem right away, applied treatment, and further recommended recovery equipment and tools, with ways of getting them at reasonable cost from 3rd-party vendors with same or even better quality. My son saw noticeable improvement on the same day, and it continues over the past few days, so we are optimistic about my son recovering enough for next season’s club tryout, which, before the appointment with Dr. Marsh, we thought my son was going to miss. Great job Dr. Marsh!!! We strongly recommend him to all parents in case your child needs a chiropractor.
